• CASA IC GL Modules
• EOD Batch Support
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
• Unix/Linux

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Analyze application logs database errors and transaction failures.
• Support CASA IC GL EOD OBPM OBBRN and OBMA modules.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with business technical and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor and support EOD batch processing activities.

Preferred:

• Banking domain experience.
• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/support projects.
• Knowledge of payment systems and core banking operations.
