A Quality Specialist contributes to the implementation and improvement of the quality management system and supports the integrated management system within a government entity, by organizing documents and forms and following up on the implementation of approved procedures.
They collect quality-related performance indicators, participate in internal field visits, and prepare for internal and external audits in accordance with ISO requirements.
