Role Description The Driver role is a full-time remote position responsible for safely operating company-assigned trucks and vehicles to support medical complex transportation needs. Day-to-day tasks include driving designated routes, transporting medical supplies, equipment, and occasionally staff, while adhering to traffic laws and company safety policies. The Driver will perform basic vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, keep accurate delivery and mileage logs, and ensure proper loading and unloading of items. This role also involves communicating with dispatch and relevant departments, following schedules, and providing courteous, professional service when interacting with staff and partners. The Driver is expected to maintain a clean vehicle, follow organizational procedures, and be available for assigned shifts and routes as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Truck Driving skills and experience operating commercial Trucks.
• Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A license or equivalent commercial driving authorization, meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, medical staff, and other team members.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to interact professionally and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clean driving record, strong knowledge of traffic and safety regulations, and adherence to company safety standards.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
• Reliability in time management, route planning, and documentation, with the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience driving in healthcare or logistics settings is an advantage.
