The King Faisal Specialist Hospital - Jeddah is a 500-bed tertiary specialist hospital located in Jeddah , Saudi Arabia .
It is one of the three campuses of the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre and specializes in Oncology, Cardiac, Transplant, and Neurosciences.
The Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU) has a total of 21 beds distributed as follows:
- 18 beds
- 2 VIP ICU beds
- 1 Royal Suite ICU bed
The primary conditions and diagnoses treated are:
- All critically ill Medical patients requiring intensive care or observation
- Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Failure, and Renal Failure
- Critically ill Hematology/Oncology, Immunocompromised patients
- Sepsis
- Shock (Cardiogenic, Septic, Anaphylactic)
- Neurological cases (CVAs, Intracerebral, Epidural, and Subdural Hematomas)
- Complicated surgical cases (Vascular Surgery, Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedics and General Surgery)
- Occasional Trauma cases
- One or two-year renewable contract
- Tax-free income

- More than 7 calendar weeks of vacation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (online/distance education programs cannot be considered)
- Current nursing (RN) license
- Must have a minimum of two years current experience as an RN in ICU in a tertiary-care hospital
