Job Title: Corporate Relations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Relations Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with companies and business partners. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, employers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across various industries.
• Act as the main point of contact for corporate partners and ensure effective communication.
• Understand partner requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
• Organize and attend meetings with corporate partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain an updated database of corporate contacts, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Monitor partnership performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support initiatives that enhance corporate engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and relationship retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Account Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
