Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on employee procedures and HR transactions.
• Monitor compliance with the regulations and policies of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• Follow up on recruitment processes and related procedures.
• Carry out HR administrative operations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment procedures.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and employment documents.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and maintain accurate data and reports.
