Inside Sales Engineer

About the Role

Atlas Copco is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on contributing to business growth by managing digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities, with a target of 0-1 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Achieve the annual digital sales target and meet or exceed annual digital sales objectives.
• Qualify, manage, and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline in collaboration with the industrial air sales team.
• Create and maintain opportunities within the CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers for timely opportunity closure.
• Handle selected inside sales opportunities for compressors and ancillary equipment.
• Support and host webinars, customer seminars, workshops, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Product Manager to support lead-generation campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to conduct proactive outbound sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based on-site at our office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a dynamic team, benefiting from face-to-face collaboration.
