The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for both brands, supporting business growth, brand positioning, and sales performance across 17 showrooms in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee marketing campaigns, digital marketing, brand management, events, marketing budgets, and performance KPIs, while leading the internal marketing team and managing external marketing agencies. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Retail, B2B, and other relevant departments to drive customer acquisition, strengthen brand awareness, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for both brands, aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Prepare, manage, and monitor the marketing budget in coordination with Finance and relevant departments. Lead brand positioning, brand awareness, and marketing communications across both brands. Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, showrooms, events, and other advertising platforms. Manage and evaluate external marketing agencies, ensuring effective execution, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Lead, manage, and develop the internal marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations. Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, ROI, customer acquisition, and overall marketing effectiveness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Retail, B2B, and Product teams to support revenue growth, customer engagement, and new product launches. Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns across the company’s 17 showrooms in Saudi Arabia. Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Present marketing performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Deputy CEO. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. 6–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably around 10 years, including experience in a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role. Sector Exposure: Retail experience is essential, preferably with consumer brands operating physical showrooms. Experience in furniture, home improvement, closets, or kitchen solutions is an advantage. Proven experience managing external marketing agencies and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Experience developing marketing strategies and annual plans, managing marketing budgets, and aligning marketing activities with business and sales objectives. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand positioning, advertising campaigns, social media, events, and customer acquisition. Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams and collaborate with Sales, Retail, B2B, and senior management. Good English communication skills. Digital Marketing certification is an advantage.
