About the Program
Octa Food invites ambitious Saudi graduates to join our two-year Young Leaders Program, offering hands-on operational experience, leadership development, and the opportunity to contribute to real business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support frontline teams in achieving business targets.
- Conduct field visits and ensure operational standards and efficiency.
- Identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and prepare operational reports.
- Improve workflows, productivity, and service quality through data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work in a hands-on, field-based environment.
