1. Technical Service Managers (HVAC)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Full technical capability on all types and brands of chillers such as York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier etc.
- Experienced in Compressor Overhauling and Controls work
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Leadership and communication skill
- Utilization of manpower and cost control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification and Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years hands on experience in all types of chillers
2. 2. HVAC Supervisor/Foreman
Requirements:
- Strong background in HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package/split
- Ability to
o ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget
o plan, organize, and schedule HVAC installation and maintenance projects
o to coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
o to monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
o to lead, mentor, and motivate HVAC technicians and apprentices.
o to assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
o to provide training and guidance to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in Airconditioning and Refrigeration
- 5-10 years hands experience on chillers well known brands like York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier etc.
4. Senior HVAC Technician
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HVAC Technician on chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package/split
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills especially on chillers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preparation of reports
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma/Certificate in Airconditioning and Refrigeration
- 2-7 years hands on experience on chillers of well known brands like York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier etc.
