Operate, monitor and adjust tissue paper rewinding and slitting machines to ensure smooth production and efficient conversion of jumbo tissue rolls. ? Monitor roll width, diameter, winding tension, dimensions and finished-roll quality to ensure compliance with production specifications. ? Identify paper defects, uneven winding, wrinkles and slitting irregularities, making necessary operational adjustments and reporting equipment issues. ? Maintain accurate production records, minimize paper wastage, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and follow workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications: ? Male, aged 40 or below ? Must possess a Diploma in Paper Board, Paper Technology, Tissue Paper Production or a closely related paper manufacturing discipline with at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating rewinding and slitting machinery within tissue paper manufacturing. ? Should have strong practical knowledge of tissue roll dimensions, winding quality, slitting operations, paper defects, and basic machine adjustments. ?
