About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app available on the App Store and Google Play that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR bookings an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first then builds the screens data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Run online and in-person demos of ARK47 Studio for business owners who ask about it and start a first version of their system with them during the demo.
• Follow up people who installed the app and help them finish their first system so they can decide whether to buy credits.
• Sell credit packages and keep your pipeline and notes up to date.
• Answer customer questions that come through the App Store and Google Play reviews and our support channels and pass product issues to the product team.
• Look after your accounts after the sale: check in during their first month help them add new systems and handle repeat purchases.
• Report weekly: demos trials deals repeat purchases.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2 years in B2B sales account management or customer success ideally for software.
• Arabic and English spoken and written.
• Comfortable demonstrating apps on a phone and a laptop and explaining them simply.
• Organised follow-up: you keep every lead and account up to date.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR (basic salary plus allowances) depending on experience.
• Commission under a written commission plan provided with the offer.
• Full-time on-site at our Riyadh office; working days hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

1. We aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
2. A 30-minute video call in which we show you ARK47 Studio.
3. For shortlisted candidates a 30-minute demo role-play using ARK47 Studio on our test account (no personal account needed).
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
