Require A Project Quality Manager In Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) tailored to project delivery in the management sector.
  
• Lead quality planning activities for all projects integrating quality objectives into project scope timelines and deliverables.
  
• Conduct regular quality audits inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Identify analyze and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and operations teams to embed quality checkpoints throughout project execution.
  
• Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for senior leadership.
  
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards; lead internal and external certification processes as needed.
  
• Train and mentor project teams on quality protocols tools and best practices to promote a quality-first mindset.
  
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging feedback data analytics and process optimization techniques.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Management or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 510 years of progressive experience in project management and quality assurance within a management or operations-driven environment.
  
• Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS) and compliance frameworks.
  
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality audit methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g. 5 Whys Fishbone Pareto).
  
• Experience with project lifecycle management risk assessment and performance monitoring.
  
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite quality management software and data visualization tools.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Minimum 60%Marks
