Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and prepare engineering drawings for Medium and Low Voltage (MV/LV) networks and systems for factories and industrial facilities.

Design electrical distribution networks, main and sub-distribution boards, transformers, and backup generators.

Prepare electrical load calculations, voltage drop, and short circuit analysis, and select appropriate cables and sections.

Design industrial lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection.

Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, and evaluate technical proposals from suppliers and contractors.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, and architectural) to ensure design integration and workflow.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Proven practical experience in designing electrical networks and systems for factories and industrial facilities (medium and low voltage).

Thorough knowledge of international and local codes and standards.

Analytical skills, engineering problem-solving mindset, and effective communication skills.
