Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Media Buyer role located in Jeddah. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising space across digital and traditional channels to support Alyehya Real Estate’s marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing audience data, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing media spend, and adjusting placements to maximize return on investment. The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align media plans with property launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives. The Media Buyer will also maintain relationships with media vendors, manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and ensure all campaigns are executed on schedule and in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Strategy skills to design effective, targeted campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Media Buying experience, including negotiation skills and budget management capabilities.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaign performance.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams and external media partners.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tracking tools (e.g., social media ads, display networks, analytics software) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in real estate or property-related marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
