The team works closely with clients and caregivers to create individualized treatment plans and track progress over time.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Jiddah. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions aimed at improving daily living, motor, sensory, and cognitive skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare and rehabilitation professionals, documenting evaluations and progress notes, and educating families and caregivers on home programs and strategies. The role involves working with pediatric and possibly adult clients, adapting therapeutic activities to their needs, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine as it relates to functional impairments and therapeutic approaches.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children with developmental, sensory, or behavioral needs.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a closely related field.
• Valid professional licensure or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia, as required by local regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to client-centered, evidence-based care.
