We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Training Manager to lead training and development initiatives across our beauty retail operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• Lead product knowledge, makeup artistry, sales techniques, and customer service training.
• Design and deliver classroom, digital, and on-the-job training programs.
• Coach and develop Beauty Advisors, Store Managers, and retail teams.
• Manage training performance through LMS platforms and measurable KPIs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on sales performance and customer experience.
• Lead and develop the field training team across KSA.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in training management within the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
• Strong understanding of makeup artistry, product training, and retail sales excellence.
• Experience developing and implementing training strategies across multiple retail locations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate training initiatives into measurable business results.
