Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Develop production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
• Ensure production capacity aligns with customer requirements.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Verify raw material availability before releasing work orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages and excess stock.
• Optimize production schedules and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in production planning and material planning.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in production planning, material planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
