Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with Aramco standards, using various auditing tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulations.
2. Develop and implement audit plans and schedules, coordinating with different departments to ensure that all necessary areas are covered and that audits are completed on time.
3. Prepare detailed audit reports that outline findings, including strengths and weaknesses of the QMS, and present these reports to management for review and action.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans for any identified non-conformities, ensuring that these plans are effectively communicated and executed.
5. Provide training and support to staff regarding QMS policies and procedures, enhancing their understanding and compliance with quality standards across the organization.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken, ensuring that improvements are sustained and that the QMS continues to evolve.
7. Participate in management reviews of the QMS, contributing insights and recommendations based on audit findings to drive strategic improvements.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in regulations related to quality management, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and competitive.
9. Assist in the development of quality management documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions, to ensure clarity and compliance throughout the organization.
