Role Description The Business Architecture, Beneficiary Experience & Data Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining target operating models, and aligning business architecture with organizational strategy and digital initiatives. The expert will design and improve beneficiary (customer) journeys, map touchpoints, and establish standards and metrics to enhance service quality and overall experience. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and interpreting business and customer data, producing insights and recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. The role also involves preparing documentation, reports, and presentations; supporting change management; and ensuring that data usage, business planning, and customer service practices are consistent with organizational objectives and best practices.

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience managing enterprise architecture practices within government entities.
• Experience providing architectural consulting and impact analysis to support decision-making.
• Experience aligning business architecture with strategic objectives.
• Experience linking data models to business processes and services.
• Knowledge of national enterprise architecture requirements (NORA).
• Experience using Horizon Bizzdesign to document and track enterprise architecture components.
