Role Description The Heavy Duty Cleaner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for performing deep cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing floors, walls, and high-traffic areas in large facilities. Day-to-day duties may include operating cleaning equipment, handling waste and recyclables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that assigned areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards. The Heavy Duty Cleaner will follow established procedures and schedules, report maintenance or safety issues, and work closely with supervisors and other team members to support smooth facility operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in heavy-duty or industrial cleaning, including floor care, surface sanitizing, and waste handling.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning tools and equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, polishers, vacuums, pressure washers).
- Knowledge of basic health, safety, and hygiene practices, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules, and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Basic communication skills to understand work orders, report issues, and interact professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- Prior experience in facilities, janitorial, or industrial cleaning roles is preferred; high school education or equivalent is an advantage.
