About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Registered Nurse with 1 to 2 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, conduct clinical assessments, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to support optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and health status.
- Safely administer medications (oral, IV, IM) and treatments in strict compliance with clinical protocols and physician orders.
- Perform routine clinical tasks, including wound care, dressing changes, IV insertion, and specimen collection.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR / EMR) covering assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, senior nursing staff, and allied health professionals to execute individual care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, discharge instructions, and preventative care.
- Adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and infection control standards to ensure a safe clinical environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or in Nursing (BSN / RN).
- Licensure: Valid Nursing License
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of direct clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Saudi Nationality Preferred
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in medication administration, IV therapy, and EHR documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
