Hiring: Document Controller

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team

Location: Based on project requirements.

Responsibilitie

• Manage and control project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Maintain document registers and ensure proper version control

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

• Upload, distribute, and archive project documents

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely document submission

• Manage documents through Aconex, D365 ERP, and other document management systems

• Prepare reports, logs, trackers, and dashboards

• Support project managers in administrative and reporting activities

• Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures

Requireme

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and ERP systems.

• Experience with Aconex, Primavera, and document management.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in construction, MEP, telecom, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
