| Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Accountants | Saudi Nationals ONLY

About the Role: We are hiring 2 Accountants to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The successful candidates will support accurate financial reporting, timely vendor payments, customer collections, and efficient cash flow management.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Process and verify vendor invoices and customer billing transactions

✅ Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations

✅ Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation

✅ Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections

✅ Reconcile vendor and customer statements and resolve discrepancies

✅ Monitor AP and AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances

✅ Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities

✅ Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve payment and billing issues

✅ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

3+ years of relevant accounting experience

ERP experience required (Infor)

Strong Excel skills

Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills

High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information

Strong communication and organizational skills
