Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Riyadh. The Travel Consultant will support clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on travel options, preparing itineraries, managing reservations and changes, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet client requirements and budget. The role involves handling inquiries in person, by phone, and online, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any travel-related issues. The Travel Consultant will also keep up to date with travel regulations, promotions, and destination information to offer accurate and timely advice.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and coordinate end-to-end travel plans.
• Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations using booking systems and travel platforms.
• Proven Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple bookings and requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with travel industry tools, GDS or booking software, and current travel regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.
• Prior experience in travel agencies, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial.
