Sales Supervisor Role at Al Futtaim Group
Al Futtaim Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its Al-Futtaim Automotive - BYD division in KSA. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves leading and managing daily showroom sales operations to ensure sales executives consistently achieve unit sales, F&I penetration, and trade-in targets.
Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor combines hands-on leadership, deal support, and performance coaching to drive pipeline discipline, improve conversion rates, and deliver a consistent brand-standard customer experience. As the operational leader on the showroom floor, this role is critical in maximizing team productivity, supporting deal closure, and maintaining sales process compliance. The position directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV), and overall showroom performance through structured activity management and strong execution across the sales team.
Key Duties
- Lead daily sales operations through team huddles, target tracking, and activity planning aligned with monthly objectives.
- Allocate walk-in customers, digital leads, and key accounts based on team workload, performance, and conversion capability.
- Coach Sales Executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling.
- Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and dealership expectations.
- Maintain discipline in showroom processes, attendance, and daily activity standards.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Executives in handling high-value, complex, or sensitive customer negotiations.
- Approve discounts, F&I proposals, and trade-in valuations within delegated authority levels.
- Drive structured second-facing on undecided customers to improve closing ratios.
- Ensure every deal is structured to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Experience Required
Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales supervision or a similar leadership role within an automotive sales environment.
