Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, aiming for a guest satisfaction score of over 90%. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness. Identify opportunities for service improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance guest experiences. Mentor junior staff members and provide training on customer service best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a guest service role within the hospitality industry. Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience with property management systems (PMS) and online booking platforms. Knowledge of local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests. Previous leadership experience or involvement in training programs. Certifications in customer service or hospitality management.
