- OSS / IT Infrastructure / Cloud Infrastructure certification is GOOD to HAVE . MS-OSS DevOps, System Admin & Coding Experience is MUST. - Must have hands-on MS-OSS APIs based Integration Design , Testing, & Deployment Experience with SolarWinds NMS, ITSM , & other EMS - Able to Perform MS-OSS Back Office roles related to, but not limited to, Critical Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Performance Management , Root Cause Analysis in coordination with L3 Vendor Support, Online Preventive Health Checks & Proactive Risk Mitigations based on L3 Vendor Recommendations etc. - Able to implement and control the quality control/assurance program within area of responsibility, including procedures, inspection, testing acceptance activities. -. Must have hands-on MS-OSS CMDB Design, Testing, Deployment & Update Experience. -. Must have 5 to 10 Yrs. Of MS-OSS NOC Automation UCs (Auto-TT, Auto-Compression, Auto-Correlation, Cross - Domain Correlation, Auto-RCA Diagnosis, Auto-Performance Anomalies Detection) Design, Testing & Implementation. -. Must have hands-on MS-OSS Cloud Native Apps O&M Experience (e.g. KVMs, DBs, OS, WebServers, Load Balancers, APPs, APIs, Security, Storage, Memory etc.).

- Must have hands-on MS-OSS WorkFlow Orchestration & Template Designs Experience of NOC Processes. - Must have hands-on MS-OSS Dashboard Design, Customization & Automation Experience. - Must have hands-on MS-OSS Reports Design, Customization & Automation Experience. - Must have hand-os MS-OSS Network Performance Monitoring Reports Design, Customization & Automation Experience. - Must have hand-on MS-OSS Built-in AI Models (for Auto-RCA & Auto-Performance Anomalies Detection) Training, Testing, Validation & Performance Benchmarking Experience. - Must execute Daily Routine Checks for MS-OSS Platform to ensure 99.9% Availability and Proactive Risk Mitigation in coordination with L3 Support. - Must have hands-on MS-OSS Tasks Automations, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), & Python based NOC Tasks Automation Experience. - Must ensure 100% KPI & SLA Conformance related to MS-OSS MindOps Restoration (4 Hrs. MTTR for Critical Issue) & Workaround/Temporary Fix Solution Implementation (24 hrs. MTTR) in coordination with MS-OSS MindOps L3 Support. - Engineers must work for all working days of the week and must work in shifts to be decided during project execution and must be on 24 x 7 On-call for support on Site
