This full-time role involves generating business opportunities, consulting with customers, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams. The specialist will contribute to developing innovative physical and digital solutions that improve production and increase reservoir value.

Role Context and Contribution

The Sales Senior Specialist will observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients. This position supports the Completions Team, which partners with on-site operators and customers to provide guidance and ensure the maximization of well capacity and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to prices and conditions with a certain degree of granularity.
• Work on the basis of predefined contract price frameworks.
• Handle targeted clients, expected to define customer approach autonomously.
• Manage low to medium region size, stable regions, and established market presence.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute plans to materialize them.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in drilling services.
• Sales experience (preferred).
• Knowledge in petrophysics (preferred).
