Overview

We are looking for an outstanding leader to join our team, where you will be responsible for full oversight of operations and maintenance processes to ensure asset efficiency and achieve operational sustainability in accordance with the highest global standards. You will play a pivotal role in developing engineering strategies and improving the operational performance of projects in the city of Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and direct field teams and engineers to ensure the timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Develop and prepare annual project budgets and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all sites.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors and manage contracts to ensure the quality of services provided.
• Analyze technical malfunctions and provide innovative solutions to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on project status, operational challenges, and proposed solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant discipline).
• Proven practical experience in operational project management and facility maintenance.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Full knowledge of the laws and operational regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
