Job Summary

About the Role

Ibtdara is looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing & PR Executive to strengthen the companys brand visibility expand its industry network and support business growth through strategic external engagements.

The role will focus on securing relevant podcast appearances for the CEO coordinating participation in business events and industry fairs and building relationships with media platforms event organizers and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant podcasts business shows conferences exhibitions and networking events aligned with Ibtdaras business niche.
  

• Proactively reach out to podcast hosts media platforms and event organizers to secure appearances speaking opportunities and event participation for the CEO.
  

• Coordinate schedules invitations registrations and logistical arrangements for confirmed engagements.
  

• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility establish strategic connections and support business growth.
  

• Maintain an organized tracker of outreach activities confirmed engagements upcoming events and potential opportunities.
  

• Attend relevant business events alongside the CEO when required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Business or a related field.
  

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  

• Excellent research outreach networking and coordination abilities.
  

• Confidence in approaching external stakeholders and representing the company professionally.
  

• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Fluent in Urdu and English
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing public relations podcast outreach media relations or event coordination.
  

• Existing connections with podcast hosts media platforms or event organizers.
  

• Familiarity with the Saudi business ecosystem entrepreneurship and business consultancy.

Location

Remote position from Pakistan or India. Candidates based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia who can work on-site and attend business events in person will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Media Sciences Communications Business Administration or a related field. Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and X (Twitter). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and Meta Ads Manager is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple social media channels efficiently. Proactive reliable and capable of handling confidential company information with professionalism. Availability to work Saudi business hours (9:00 AM 5:00 PM KSA Time).
