Job Description:

Provide 24x7 production support through shift or on-call model.

Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Manage application configuration and deployment support.

Monitor application health and performance.

Analyze transaction-processing issues and customer incidents.

Coordinate incident resolution across customer and ACI teams.

Support service reviews and operational governance.

Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

Build strong onsite relationships with customer operations teams.

Support compliance with SAMA and local banking requirements.

Required Skills:

BASE24-eps production support experience.

Knowledge of ATM, POS, card issuing, acquiring, and switching.

Linux/Unix administration and SQL troubleshooting.

Strong incident and problem management skills.

Customer-facing support experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
