Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Prepare and develop financial models to support strategic planning and investment decision-making.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze revenue, operational costs, profit margins, and profitability at the business unit level.
• Monitor financial performance and identify business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct cost analyses and propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency and rationalize expenses.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working capital management.
• Develop and track key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive dashboards.
• Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and business initiatives.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures through financial analyses and reports.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, procurement, and other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare management presentations and executive reports for senior management.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial information.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial reports and improve the efficiency of their preparation.

• Keep up to date with financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
  
  

  Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a similar field.
  3. Strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  5. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  8. Professional certifications such as ACCA or ICAEW are highly preferred.
