The Role of Receptionist
Chaps & Co is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for clients entering the barbershops, responsible for upholding brand values and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients upon their arrival at the shop.
- Manage the checkout process efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries professionally.
- Manage daily financial transactions, including processing payments via card, cash, and Fresha.
- Oversee petty cash and ensure receipts are available for reimbursement.
- Verify that day-end banking reconciles with the daily sales report.
- Support inventory management by assisting with weekly stock takes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all barber and therapy services offered.
- Greet clients with a warm and engaging demeanor.
- Answer calls, book appointments, and address customer enquiries or complaints professionally and calmly.
- Manage shop finances and inventory.
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained for clients and the team.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients.
- Exhibit positive energy and body language with both clients and the Chaps & Co team.
Shop Standards and Cleanliness
- Maintain the overall shop presentation in accordance with Chaps & Co brand standards.
- Ensure reception, waiting areas, and visible client areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Confirm that all workstations and floors are cleaned and reset between clients.
- Regularly check that floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas are clean and free from clutter.

- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
