Job Summary

We are looking for a Saudi Electrical Engineer – Fresh Graduate to join our engineering/project team. The successful candidate will support electrical design, site activities, inspections, testing, documentation, and coordination with project teams while gaining practical experience in construction and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior electrical engineers in the execution of electrical works at project sites.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Assist in installation and inspection of electrical systems, including:
  • Power distribution systems
  • Lighting and emergency lighting
  • Low-voltage systems
  • Cable trays and cable installation
  • Earthing and lightning protection
  • Electrical panels and equipment
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, MEP, and other project teams.
• Support site inspections and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist with testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and other project documentation.
• Assist in material inspections and verification of delivered electrical materials.
• Ensure electrical works comply with approved standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Follow company HSE policies and maintain safe working practices.
• Perform other engineering duties assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Electrical Engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred/required as applicable.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Knowledge of electrical design and construction practices is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites and learn practical engineering skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical load calculations and cable sizing.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
• Basic knowledge of IEC, SASO, SEC and relevant Saudi standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and shop drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
