Role Overview: Specification Sales Engineer - PMCC

Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer - PMCC to join its team. This full-time role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Power Management and Control Components (PMCC) sector, promoting Eaton's products, and providing technical support to clients. The position requires a focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth within the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key consultants, contractors, and end-users in the PMCC sector.
• Promote Eaton’s PMCC products and solutions, including switchgear, motor control centers, and other electrical distribution equipment.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection, application, and installation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Eaton’s brand and products.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives as agreed with the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales or specification sales within the electrical industry, preferably with PMCC products.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, motor control centers, and relevant industry standards.
