About the Role

Sheraton is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain a safe workplace and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards are met.

Physical Requirements

The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Guest Experience Experts will also engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to uphold quality standards consistently.
• Strong commitment to delivering a meaningful guest experience.
• A team-oriented approach to work.
