The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Consultant
MasarEng is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support its operations and partner organizations in Saudi Arabia. This is a contract, remote role focused on sourcing, attracting, and selecting engineering talent across various specialties. The consultant will manage and execute full-life cycle recruiting activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and client partners to achieve national talent development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define role requirements in collaboration with hiring stakeholders.
- Post job opportunities and screen applications.
- Coordinate and conduct structured interviews.
- Advise clients on effective hiring strategies.
- Assess candidate fit for various engineering roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize data and market insights to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and an ability to manage recruiting activities independently. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring decisions.
Work Environment
This is a remote contract position, offering flexibility while requiring strong self-management and collaboration skills. The consultant will work with MasarEng and its partner organizations across Saudi Arabia, contributing to the development of the national engineering workforce.
