Job description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor to join our technical team in Riyadh. In this combined role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural/interior fit-out shop drawings, Execution work Qty calculations . Candidates with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects and familiarity with MEP systems will be given strong preference.
Skills
Preferred / Advantage: Produce MEP shop drawings, specifically for HVAC ducting/layouts and Firefighting systems.
Review contract drawings
Measure and verify site dimensions, work progress.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical field.
3+ years of proven experience in drafting and quantity surveying within Interior Fit-Out and Commercial Finishing projects.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (formulas and quantity take-off templates).
Solid understanding of architectural detailing, materials (gypsum board, flooring, glass partitions, wall claddings, paints), and MEP coordination.
Good command of Arabic & English .
Transferable Iqama in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
