About the Role

Rize is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources. The role focuses on identifying suitable candidates and managing the recruitment process to support the company's growth.

Role Context

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in Rize's ongoing recruitment efforts. This involves actively searching for new talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to employment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and possess strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor recruitment needs and vacant positions within the organization.
• Search for and identify suitable candidates for various roles.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates at each stage of the process.
• Maintain and update candidate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Share recruitment updates and progress with the internal team.
• Ensure a positive and attentive candidate journey until successful employment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• One year or less of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Demonstrated good communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in follow-up and task management.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptation in a dynamic work environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires working within a fast-paced and evolving environment, contributing to the growth of the Rize team.
