The Role of Commercial Operation Manager
Cloud Softway is seeking a Commercial Operation Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement that includes some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing commercial operations to support sales, customer service, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing commercial operations, including planning, executing, and optimizing processes.
- Analyzing operational data and monitoring performance metrics.
- Coordinating with sales and account teams to ensure alignment.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows.

Required Experience
Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial operations or a similar field. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and revenue growth strategies.
