About the Role

Ivara is looking for a Business Consulting Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This role represents an opportunity for beginners at the start of their professional career, focusing on building a strong foundation in business development, client communication, and the coordination of technical and commercial proposals. The role requires attention to detail and a background in architecture.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and following up on new business opportunities, future projects, and tenders.
• Collaborate with architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and interior design teams to translate technical scopes of work and project requirements into clear and competitive proposals.
• Assist in preparing presentations, company profiles, project records, and proposals that meet client needs.
• Assist in reviewing tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and technical requirements to support bid/no-bid decisions and provide necessary data for pricing.
• Support communication with clients, follow up with them, and build relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Acquaint with and apply the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local municipal regulations, as well as pre-qualification and procurement requirements, including the Etimad platform where applicable.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Background in architecture.
• Competence and attention to detail.

Professional Skills Development
