About the Role
Ivara is looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This role is an opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career to gain experience in business development, coordinating technical and commercial proposals, and building relationships with clients in sectors such as healthcare and commercial projects.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assisting in identifying and tracking new business opportunities, future projects, and tenders.
- Collaborating with architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and interior design teams to translate technical project requirements into competitive proposals.
- Assisting in preparing presentations, company profiles, project portfolios, and proposals that meet client needs.
- Supporting the review of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and technical requirements to make decisions on participating in tenders and providing pricing data.
- Supporting communication and follow-up with clients and building relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Learning about the Saudi Building Code (SBC), local municipal regulations, and pre-qualification and procurement requirements, including the Etimad platform when applicable.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Background in Architecture.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Efficiency and attention to detail.
Work Environment
The Junior Business Development Specialist will work full-time in Riyadh, collaborating with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge in market research, bid preparation, and client relationship management.
