This establishment is known for its exceptional food and warm hospitality, focusing on executing simple dishes beautifully within a fast-paced environment. The Role of Junior Sous Chef

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will provide essential support to the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations. This role requires a professional who can serve as both a technical anchor and an emerging leader, overseeing food preparation, maintaining rigorous standards, and stepping in to manage the line during busy services. This is a full-time position with a salary of 8,000 SAR monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across all sections during every service.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, leading by example and taking command of kitchen operations when necessary.
• Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations, ensuring a compliant and spotless working environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen flow, adapting seamlessly to the shifting demands of busy services.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably within an upscale or fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated technical excellence in food preparation and cooking.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a kitchen team.
• Strong understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to dynamic kitchen demands.
