About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates within the automotive industry, contributing to the organization's talent acquisition goals and employer brand.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles, ensuring the effective identification and selection of talent. The specialist will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and supporting the company's employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate the interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and selection criteria.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering recruitment needs in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires collaboration with various internal stakeholders and participation in external recruitment activities.
