Job Summary:

The Digital Product Manager (DPM) will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Digitization team which delivers high impact consulting, strategy, business excellence and analytics projects to our clients across MENA. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Property Technology (PropTech) and demonstrated experience developing, launching, and managing digital products within the real estate ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and innovationwith a particular focus on PropTech and real estate digital solutions.
  
• Evaluate and reconfigure existing offerings to meet changing customer and market needs.
  
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and ongoing optimization.
  
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Drive the enhancement of PropTech solutions, including real estate platforms, property management solutions, real estate marketplaces, tenant and owner digital services, smart property solutions, or other technology-enabled real estate offerings.
  
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  
• Mentor team members and support capability building, performance, and engagement.
  
• Lead product delivery as PO, actively participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, guide the development team in product and sprint backlog.
  
• Build digital product development and management framework/ methodology leveraging best practices aligned with client peculiarities.
  
• Train and guide other junior product managers in the team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience in PropTech (Property Technology), with direct involvement in developing, managing, or scaling digital products within the real estate industry.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  
• Strong track record of launching and optimizing digital or enterprise solutions.
  
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and innovation strategy.
  
• Experience working with management consultancy firm for 2+ years is a plus.
  
• Strong English and Arabic proficiencies.
  
• Experience in Product Management tooling i.e. amplitude, full story, adobe experience cloud, mixpanel, etc.
