Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize all duct manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC duct fabrication, production planning, quality control, and workforce management within a duct manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily manufacturing operations for HVAC duct production.
  Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements.
  Ensure compliance with SMACNA, ASHRAE, and company quality standards.
  Optimize productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  Monitor raw material consumption and inventory levels.
  Lead and supervise production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor personnel.
  Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase output and reduce waste.
  Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and logistics departments.
  Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analyses.
  Manage machine maintenance and production equipment utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC duct manufacturing.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a Production Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of duct fabrication processes, sheet metal manufacturing, and HVAC products.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and production planning systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
