Responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring efficient office operations, effective communication, and smooth coordination of executive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Draft, proofread, and format business letters, reports, and presentations.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Support management in other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an executive secretary or administrative support role.
Bilingual (Arabic and English), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
