PO Management : Place and manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve order and payment-related issues.
BSR daily commit updates
Shipment Management & RMA: Shipment follow up and tracking along with logistic and import & export team from supplier. Work with cross functions teams & suppliers to resolve shipment and material issues, including receiving discrepancies, quantity mismatches, quality issues, and RMA cases.
Work closely GSM & GCM to resolve material allocation, supply, and pricing issues.
Support Accounting and suppliers in resolving invoice and payment-related issues.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth purchasing operations.
Position Requirements
At least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience is required.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
