We are looking for a Legal Coordinator to support the Legal Affairs Department in legal drafting, case and contract tracking, and departmental reporting. The role combines legal knowledge with strong analytical and organizational skills to improve workflows and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate legal activities, including litigation, enforcement proceedings, contracts, deadlines, and departmental assignments.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, pleadings, and statements of defense.
• Conduct legal research and support the preparation of legal opinions in line with Saudi laws and regulations.
• Track cases and enforcement proceedings through Saudi judicial platforms, including Najiz.
• Develop dashboards, management reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
• Support the development of internal policies, governance frameworks, procedures, and SOPs.
• Maintain legal databases, monitor contractual obligations and compliance, and improve workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and completion of assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• A legal background with strong analytical and reporting skills is preferred.
• Relevant experience in legal coordination, legal operations, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial procedures.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and contract review skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Strong Arabic and English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and confidential information
